                         As an active school kid, dashing out of the classroom the moment the interval bell rings, to join friends in the playground must be natural to you.


                           Although some parents may not like this, being involved in outdoor sporting activities is very important to all growing children. It is through sports that you will grow healthy bones and muscles which will support you later in life. Getting enough exercise is just as important to growing kids as eating the right, balanced meals. Childhood and adolescence are the most important times to build strong bones. Being outdoor will improve you health in any case as the fresh air is good for you.


                              However this does not mean that you should spend all your time playing with your friends forgetting your studies altogether. Education is the most important thing to a child.

                            For you to be a healthy individual in every way, there should be a balance between studies and sports. One would be useless without the other. So always maintain a good balance between these two, sports an studies.
